1. Acceptance of this User Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using Dew (the "App"), you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App. If you use the App on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept this Agreement for that person.

You must be legally able to enter into this Agreement in your place of residence. If you are under the age of majority, use Dew only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

2. Using Dew

Dew is a portrait action game in which each completed attack advances a weapon roulette. The App is designed for personal, non-commercial entertainment and currently supports local-first play.

Allowed use

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm other people, devices, or networks.
• Follow the rules of the App Store and any other platform through which you obtain Dew.
• Keep your device and operating system reasonably secure and up to date.

Prohibited conduct

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent a restriction cannot legally be enforced in your jurisdiction.
• Do not bypass security, interfere with game state, automate play in a way that harms the App, or distribute modified copies.
• Do not use the App to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or platform rules.

3. Limited license

Subject to this Agreement, Dew grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the App on devices you own or control. This license does not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual-property rights to you.

The license ends automatically when you breach this Agreement or stop using the App. You may end it at any time by deleting the App from your devices.

4. Content and ownership

The App, including its code, game rules, interface, names, artwork, sounds, animations, text, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to the Dew publisher and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited license above, you may not copy, publish, sell, lease, sublicense, publicly perform, or create derivative works from the App or its content without written permission.

Your gameplay progress and settings are stored locally on your device as described in the Privacy Policy. Dew does not currently provide a user-content upload feature, social feed, or account-based community.

5. Updates and availability

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, content, or support for Dew. An update may be required for continued use. We will not remove rights that cannot lawfully be removed in your jurisdiction.

The App may be unavailable because of maintenance, device limitations, operating-system changes, outages, or events outside reasonable control. Because local progress is stored on your device, uninstalling the App, resetting the device, or using a device-management tool may permanently remove that progress.

6. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dew is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We do not promise that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.

Nothing in this section excludes a warranty, condition, consumer guarantee, or statutory right that cannot legally be excluded or limited. For example, consumers in Australia, Canada, Singapore, California, and other jurisdictions may have mandatory protections that apply despite this Agreement.

7. Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Dew publisher and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business arising from use of or inability to use the App.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount or remedy required by applicable law. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including fraud or intentional misconduct where such limitation is prohibited.

8. Ending use

You may stop using Dew at any time. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the App, users, or platform integrity, or when you materially breach this Agreement. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, will continue after termination to the extent permitted by law.

9. Regional consumer rights

This Agreement is intended to work alongside mandatory consumer-protection and digital-content laws. If you live in California, another U.S. state, Canada, Singapore, Australia, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another protected jurisdiction, your non-waivable rights remain in force.

Nothing here requires you to give up a right to bring a complaint to a regulator, tribunal, court, or other authority that has jurisdiction over you. If a term is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, it will be adjusted only as much as needed, and the remaining terms will continue.

This Agreement does not create a partnership, employment relationship, agency, or promise of future features. The laws that apply to a dispute will be determined subject to your mandatory local rights and the competent courts available under applicable law.

10. Contact and changes

We may update this User Agreement when Dew's features, legal requirements, or operating practices change. The "Effective" date at the top shows when this version took effect. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Agreement to the extent permitted by law.
