Current-version summary: Dew does not require an account, does not upload gameplay records, does not collect precise location, contacts, microphone, or camera data, and does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Optional diagnostics are off by default and remain local on your device.

1. Scope and operator

This Privacy Policy applies to the Dew mobile application (the "App"), including its local game progress, settings, weapon roulette, battle, challenge, arsenal, profile, and privacy screens. It does not apply to third-party websites, stores, or services that have their own privacy notices.

"Dew," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the Dew publisher or operator responsible for the App. If the App Store listing identifies a different legal entity, that entity is the applicable publisher for your region. This policy is written to describe the current App behavior as of the effective date above.

2. Information we handle

Information stored locally

Dew stores game progress and preferences on your device. Depending on the features you use, this can include level progress, weapon usage and mastery counts, achievements, battle results, selected scenes, sound and accessibility settings, and whether optional local diagnostics are enabled.

Optional local diagnostics

Diagnostics are disabled by default. If you turn them on, Dew records anonymous gameplay events such as app launch, battle start or completion, weapon used, Perfect hits, achievement unlocks, scene selection, and settings changes. In the current version these events are kept locally, are not sent to us, and can be cleared from the App's available privacy or settings controls.

5. Retention and security
